How to Delete Your Account
⚠️ Note: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
- Open the App and go to the Member page.
- Tap the Edit button next to your ID, then tap Delete Account.
- A confirmation popup will appear:
"Are you sure you want to delete your account?
⚠️ Important: Tapping confirm means you agree to permanently remove your account and related data.
The following will be deleted: user profile, uploaded voice packs, and submitted reports. Please evaluate carefully before proceeding. Thank you." - You can choose to:
- Confirm Deletion → Your account will be deleted and redirected to the login page.
- Cancel → Close the popup and retain your account.
After Deletion
- Your user data (account, nickname, favorites, settings) will be deleted.
- Your uploaded voice packs and reports will be removed.
- Login data and cached files on your device will be cleared.
- Records legally required to be retained (e.g., payment, auditing logs) are not subject to deletion.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are usually processed immediately. Server-side data will be removed within 7 business days.
