Welcome to this platform (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"). Please read the following terms of use carefully before using this APP. By downloading, installing, or using this APP, you agree to all the contents of these terms.

1. Service Content

This APP provides functions such as driving speed detection, speed camera alerts, voice reminders, and user reports. All functions are intended to enhance driving safety and are for user reference only. Users must still comply with local traffic laws and drive safely.

2. User Conduct

• Users may not upload any illegal, false, infringing, or inappropriate content (e.g., unauthorized voice files or photos).
• Users may not interfere with or disrupt the operation of this APP or access data without authorization.
• Users are fully responsible for any content they publish and bear all legal liability if rights are violated.
• Misuse of the platform (spam uploads, harassment, system abuse) is prohibited.
• Violating content can be reported via the app or customer service for prompt removal by the platform.

3. Account and Data Management

If login is required, a user account will be created and may record data such as uploaded voice packs and reports. Users must protect account credentials and report abnormal activity.

4. Your Commitments

4.1 Who Can Use This Service

• Users must be at least 13 or legal age in your region, with guardian consent if underage.
• Must not be under legal restriction or have previous suspensions.
• Traffic offenders may be restricted from usage.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

• No impersonation or false information.
• No illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized acts.
• No abuse of platform mechanisms or interference with normal operations.
• No automated access or account generation.
• No selling, transferring, or unauthorized account usage.
• No disclosure of private/confidential info or IP infringement.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized domain usage.

4.3 Rights You Grant Us

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display it. This ends when your account is deleted. By uploading content, you confirm ownership or authorization and assume all responsibility. Platform may remove violating content without obligation to restore.

5. Additional Rights We Reserve

We reserve the right to change usernames, and prohibit use of our brand/logo/code without consent.

6. Privacy and Permissions

Our APP follows legal standards for data collection. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Permissions include:

• GPS – location tracking and alerts
• Camera/Photos – reports or custom covers
• Background Access – voice alerts
• Microphone – upload audio

7. Third-Party Services

We may use cloud providers (e.g., Firebase, Cloudflare). Data is stored abroad and managed under those services’ policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by us or our licensors. Users must ensure authorization for uploaded material.

9. Disclaimer

This APP provides auxiliary alerts. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy and are not liable for misuse. Use safely and legally.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for violations. Users may request deletion per our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Modification and Termination

We may alter or discontinue services without notice. Subscription billing is automatic. You may cancel anytime; functions remain until the end of the billing cycle.

12. Advertisements and Sponsored Content

This APP may display third-party ads. You acknowledge and accept the inclusion of such content.

13. Contact and Notifications

14. Entire Agreement and Severability

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. This agreement supersedes any prior terms.

15. Language Versions

If discrepancies arise between translations, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Taiwan law. The Taichung District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes.
